Update and changes

The safety of the patients and staff is our top priority and Wennersten Dental Care is committed to providing the safest possible dental office environment.

Dr. Wennersten is taking extra measures beyond the CDC’s recommendations and making improvements to the office that will substantially reduce the risk of SARS-CoV-2 exposure.

Four main improvements include:

HVAC filtration system – Newly installed three stage air filtration/sterilization system which includes HEPA filter, UV light treatment chamber, and MERV filter

Negative pressure and high air flow rate in each operatory – All new HVAC ductwork throughout the office to create negative air pressure within operatories in order to quickly evacuate any aerosols

We hope these improvements will bring you peace of mind when returning to the office for dental procedures.

Our office hours have changed. Currently, the office is open Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm and Friday.

If you cannot keep your appointment, please let us know at least 24 business hours in advance so we can reschedule you and have our team help other patients.

You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment to help protect our patients and staff such as:

• We ask that you call from outside when you arrive at our office

• We ask you to wear a mask inside the office

• Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing

新型コロナウイルス感染症に関してのお知らせ

当院ではコロナ禍をめぐる現状を踏まえ、患者さんに安心していただける環境を提供するため、更なる清掃や減菌以外に下記の改修工事を行いました。

＊最新の空調換気設備設置(HVAC Filtration System)により診察室の空気清浄及び流れを管理する。

＊医師及び医療従事者はPPE(個人防護具)を着用し、患者さん及びスタッフの感染防止に努める。

また感染のリスクを下げるため患者さんにも以下の予防をお願いいたします。

＊体調が優れない場合は無理な来院は避け、当院へご連絡ください。

＊来院時にはマスクを着用ください。

＊発熱・咳・全身痛などの症状が見られる場合は診療をお断りする場合がございます。

＊現時点での新しい開院時間は、月曜日から木曜日午前8時から午後5時までとなっております。完全予約制となっておりますので、もしどうしても予約日時にいらっしゃれない場合、少なくとも予約の24時間前までにその旨をご連絡ください。予約を待っていらっしゃる他の患者さんにその時間を差し上げられる意味からもご理解・ご協力の程よろしくお願いいたします。
